How to manage your stress.

As mentioned earlier, the positive thiking is the best solution for good health. I'm extending some more techniques regarding stress management. Although these are very common techniques in our day to day life but very few of us follow the same. Hence it's a request to the readers of my website particularly students try to follow as much as possible. .

  • Exercise regularly:

One of the main reason that health experts want us to exercise is that it helps to prevent heart disease (billman,2002; Williams, 2001). Although exercise designated to strengthen muscleses or bones or to improve flexibilityis important to fitness, it also benifits mental health (Pennix & others, 2002).

  • Eating healthy:

We take in too much sugar and not enough foods high in vitamines, mineralsand fiber such as fruits, vegetablesand grains. We eat too much fast food too few well balanced meals, choices that increase our fat and intake cholesterol intake both both of which are implicated in long term health problems (Fleshner&others; 2004).

  • Quiting Smoking:

Evidence from many studiesunderscores the dangers of smoking or being around smokers(Gorell& others, 2004). smoking is linked to 30% of cancer death, 21% of heart disease death, 82%of chronic pulmonarydisease death. Second hand smoke is implicated in as many as 9,000 lung cancerdeath a year. Children of smokers are at special riskfor respiratoryand middle ear diseases.
